Welcome to the Plan for Perfect Workout! I created this blog to help you get started and make whatever you want to call your own workout plan /routine/schedule, let’s see what works best for you. Now we are going to a custom workout plan for your specific needs that will help you achieve your goals with the exact amount of efforts needed and the best way possible.
That means deciding what to do in your workouts and, most importantly, how much work to do (not overdoing stuff and not underdoing). How many days you’re going to train, etc. That doesn’t mean I’m saying that almost every human being on earth needs to do this to grow or achieve his ideal body, but there’s also a range in which most people grow optimally.

Creating a Diet plan
You’ll have to create a diet plan too otherwise because you wo n’t get the expected results you want, everything will be a waste. And you’re going to blame me for not being so perfect in my so-called perfect plan
Remember this (+ I’m going to say this many times before too), your body is reflecting what you’re putting in it. So we’re going to calculate the nutrition and calories you’re eating, and your sleep too, to get the results you’re hoping for.
